The village is modern, well-maintained and welcoming, with two beautiful swimming pools: one for adults and one for children, perfect for cooling off or sunbathing in total relaxation in the solarium area.

The ACACIE Village is located just 200 metres from the beach, near one of the sea access points. It consists of 76 terraced houses, arranged on two floors and organised around a central swimming pool for adults and children, surrounded by a large terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas. In the common area, there is a children's play area and a barbecue zone, ideal for moments of relaxation and family conviviality.
In a corner of the Village, despite having an autonomous and external access to the complex, a restaurant-pizzeria is located. In the immediate vicinity, there is a supermarket and a restaurant, while about 500 metres further ahead, the La Quercia Gallery rises, with shops, bars, restaurants, various activities and a vast area dedicated to sports, entertainment and animation. Each small villa (45 sq m) is arranged on two floors: on the ground floor we find a living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable French-style sofa bed;
On the first floor, a bedroom with a balcony, equipped with a double bed and a single bed, and a spacious bathroom with a shower box. The villas are provided with everything necessary for cooking (refrigerator with freezer, microwave), satellite TV, air conditioning and a safe. A parking space is included in the price.
The villas enjoy different exposures: towards the swimming pool or towards the internal driveway. Some units have a garden and furnished porch, others have only a porch, always equipped with an outdoor table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
